7100S-Mower will not engage; won't move forward or back; gen

My husband and I purchased a Raven Lawnmower in 2015 and have been dealing with its "issues" since.  The latest: Raven 7100s will crank, runs smoothly - but, will not move forward or backward (in either electric or power mode); mowing deck will not engage when red button pulled; generator will not run anything when plugged in.  We have: (i) changed the spark plug; (ii) checked the fuses (both under the seat and at the rear of the machine); (iii) checked the high/low gear for running; (iv) checked the red "plug" that operates the mowing deck.  ...  All to no avail?  Any suggestions?  I am glad to see happy owners and am saddened that our experience has not been the same.  Thank you,

Try with out machine running reach under and grab red leaver for mover the rear wheel back and forth and push leaver till you feel it engage then start it up and see what happens. It really sounds like you haven't got it engaged all the way then push in switch in forward and see what happens

We tried and this did not work. Lawnmower runs good but will not engage either forward/backward movement or mowing deck. And, will not move in electric either. Normally, you hear a small "click" when you turn the key to electric and that noise is not audible either?

Look when I said about the lever then lever mover in and out and back and ford to engage case so what I mean when you rock the wheel move lever one way or other then try to push in to engage it.
