BTW...old battery showed 53 volts at the gray connector. New battery shows same.

OK, let me get my stupidity out of the way: While sawing branches with an electric lopper, I accidentally cut through the extension cord.
I reset the generator, but when I tried to drive the Raven back to my garage, it would not move, even with the engine running, of course. I towed the Raven back with my zero turn.
I am hoping that one of you experts can tell me what part I need to replace in order to get the Raven working again. (I'm hoping the big clue would be how I shorted out the generator). If you can identify what I need, would you be able to tell me where I could get it?
Here are some insights:
1) The generator works fine, just as before.
2) I visually checked the 100A fuses and the contactors. (I took the covers off the contactors to have a look).
3) I reviewed postings on this board plus larrys excellent flow chart: if I understand correctly, it could be either the DMC or the PCB.
4) The high/low gear shift lever is properly engaged.
5) The 48V battery connector is securely fastened.
6) The mower blades turn on, as before.
Thank you for any assistance!

Check voltage at the 100a fuse to make sure you have it. If not, most likely DMC or PCB if everything else works as should.
