Just found this blog never done one so please forgive my ignorance I've had my 7100 for about two years and the other day one blade quit turning I checked to make sure it was pluged in then tried again still not working then other side quit and had a burning electrical smell found this site checked the 100 amp fuses one was blown having to order since no one had ever seen one here at boat shop and even tried a golf cart shop any ways emailed raven and tried called got the auto email reply never got an answer at their number I hope this fuse fixes it but smell concerns me I've learned a lot from what I've read here so thanks for the info If anyone has an idea on something else I might check after I replace the fuse checked the other fuse beside it and it is good I love the Raven but concerned if the company is going to be around for parts later.

I found that if 48 volt packs weren't charged mine wouldn't move either. If you have a charger charge it till light is green

Not much info to go on James.
Has it been working ok? Is transmission in low gear? Is generator switch to off? Red plug in cord good and tight? Everything normal otherwise?

Raven service tech came to house today to check out my unit, left mower blade still not working after they sent me 2 new controllers after I installed them the left still wouldn't work also when I shut off the blades the engine would shut off but start right back up also was slow on engaging forward or reverse so tech replaced all the major components all the electronic boxes, battery pack although battery checked ok will still not move but if you switch to battery only and push pedal it will move about a foot then stop has them stumped supposed to call me back Monday with options might can return to lowes where I purchased it. I really hope they can figure it out cause I really like it when it's working I live in east tn and they are coming over here they came over a little over a week after I spoke to them I did find out if you don't have a service center near you if you can find a shop that will work on them they will pay the shop for warranty work after they've approved them golf cart shops might be a good source worth checking into if your a long ways from charlotte nc he didn't look at the mower deck wouldn't matter if unit won't go I'll let you know what happens next
