new rear tires. Carlile 26x12-8 R4 mounted on 12x8.5, 4x4" golf cart rims Used 2" 4x4" wheel spacers, but after putting them on, i dont think i needed them. Moved origional rear tire and rims to front by converting the spindles to bearing hubs. Worked out slick and easy. Now i have to figure out mud flaps-fender extensions. Attachments:

Added an Auxiliary battery pack. MY Raven came without a Mower, so i used the space underneath to mount a replacement battery pack I got off ebay. Went on ok once i figured out how to mount it. Im going to use an anderson jumper to connect it to the Mower power outlet and then rewire the feed to the outlet so it is in parallel with the original battery pack. Should just be a matter of moving a wire from one terminal to another. Then im going to wire in a 48v golf cart battery meter so i know the state of charge. I might try and figure out a way to put another one or two additional packs underneath. Update: Finished the connection of the aux. battery pack. WAS as simple as moving one wire, trick was to make sure I was moving the right wire. Raven was nice enough to give lots of slack to the necessary wire, and it went pretty well. Attachments:

Hitch receivers My raven came with two draw-bar type hitches. I decided to convert them to box type receivers. I made the one on the bottom a 1-1/4", and the upper one a 2". I go the boxes off ebay. They just bolt on, but im not real happy in the design because they will tend to swing no matter how tight i got the bolt. I plan on drilling through the receiver plate and the draw bar and put a bolt through to prevent them from swinging. the upper one is going to get a vertical adaptor so i can mount a rear cargo carrier there. (Dogs need the Raven bed for their space.) Attachments:

Oh ps: I found quite a few loose bolts and nuts under my machine while i was working on it. Not unusual it seems with new things you get these days (my 2014 jeep had the same problem). so id check nuts and bolts.
UPDATE: When i was doing the wiring in of the aux. battery, i found several loose terminal connections. Id advise checking them also.

very cool. i mounted a swisher atv attachment system to mine (the front suspension has atv arms for mounting) and put a harbor freight winch across the front bars using extra U shaped hardware from the mounting kit, so now I've got a plow, bucket, back blade and a set of forks (i use to lift log rounds). i also bought the optional rear mount swisher connector so i can hook up tools to the back, although I haven't figured out another winch set up for back there yet. it is great for plowing wet heavy snow when the snowblower just barfs it out. the bucket is good for moving mulch, dirt, cut firewood, etc.
i am diy'ing up my own bagger system using a universal mounting kit from sears and some piping.
my next project is to build a cab using painted 3/4 pvc pipe and vinyl sheeting to enclose it.
at some point i will post pictures, but no one ever seems that interested.
how much was your wheel conversion?
i really like the hitch mount, i was thinking about something similar using the plate and the bar mount together to add stability.
i like the battery pack idea as well, but i hesitate to do anything about the clearance below. I know it isn't an atv, but i have jammed it down on some hidden stumps and rocks before going through my woods. any more pics you have about how you wired or did the mods, please feel free to share @ bret64@aol.com

Would love wiring instructions and to know what parts you used to convert the front tires.

Emsrider, can't u see the pictures I've posted?
As far as wiring instructions it wasn't to hard, but if u can't figure it out, I don't want to be the one who leads u to electrocute yourself or burn up ur machine. Sorry.
As far as the front tires, I got idler hubs from Bmikarts, some 3/4" bushings to shim them out, and just wrenched the old rear rear rims and tires onto the front. Pretty easy.
Update to mods: I got my brush guard made for a sears lawn tractor guard today and my Toro cargo basket. Now have to figure out how to mount them.

saw a video where a guy did a "2 minute" mod that allows the blades to engage in electric mode. anyone have any idea what he did. im guessing that he jumpered the terminals around the 100 amp fuses.

I'd like to see the plow. It sounds like you used an atv plow and hooked up a winch. Is that correct?

new rear tires. Carlile 26x12-8 R4 mounted on 12x8.5, 4x4" golf cart rims Liking those big wheels. Did the taller tires increase your top speed without hurting the starting torque or hill-climbing ability much?

Did adding the larger tires in the back change your torque any or your speed any? Yeah I'd like to see those pictures too I don't see any pictures.
