So I have a former service tech for Denver Global that willing to assist owners if they are having an issue that they cannot seem to resolve. His terms are a flat rate upfront payment for services provided either by phone, text or email for a specific amount of time in assisting with troubleshooting. Once this time is exhausted a new payment will be discussed if the issue has not been resolved. He has asked me to handle the initial contact requests so that his contact information is not readily available. He is only available for phone conversations in the evening and limited correspondence during the day by text or email.
While my assistance is still available if you are having issues in regards to getting your unit back up and running for free in hopes that you will purchase parts from me, I will admit he knows more about the unit than I do.
