Got ours October 20th. Cut the yard once, had to pull the red mower switch multiple times to get it to work. Cut good then. Pulled the deck and ATV'd since then. Put the mowers deck back on today and no joy. Called support, checked 100a fuses, they are ok. Service will be here next week. Deck has date 5/15 on it..Will let you know how it goes.

Sorry to hear about the problem my problem was I never push in connector all the the in when I corrected what I cause no more problem.

Raven service tech repaired my deck problem, it was not getting the 12 volt signal to the deck to turn it on. Turned out to be a small spring/plunger like piece that the tech said was the first one he had seen fail. He came 265 miles. Still happy with the unit, not much grass to cut this time of the year. Ten yo grandson loves "ATV'n" it.
