I have a troubleshooting guide that was developed in conjunction with a service tech from Denver Global. This is completely different than the service manual that was provided by DGP and others. This guide gives you a step-by-step process on how to diagnose typical issues with the MPV in regards to:
Deck does not work No forward/reverse Not charging Running rough and some general notes
This is the processes the techs (not the call center) used to diagnose issues over the phone. Typically the only tool required is a multi-meter to measure voltages and ohms to determine the cause of your issue. I also have access to one of the former service techs for additional assistance if it is required.
If you are interested, I will provide a PDF file for a small fee of $5. You can email me at shawnee28021@gmail.com for further details and I can provide a small sample of what you would get. I also have many of the parts required to repair your MPV such as:
Blade motor controller Blade motor (with stud installed and just the studs) Blade sets Blade adapter sets Air filters Carbs Choke Drive motor controller DC contactor 100a fuse Fuel filters Oil separator PCB assembly Steering racks etc..

Crappy thing to do in a forum to share info now that the company is defunct and there is nowhere else to go for service.

I don't feel larrys is pushing anything on us or taking advantage. We are between a rock and a hard place. A source for parts and expert service seems like a good thing, the main reason I joined the forum. It probably not his fault raven went belly up.. Don't bite the hand.

I've been working on correcting errors in the schematics I'm aware of, I've found a few. I'd also like to compile lists of equilateral parts. And maybe work on a replacement pcb (logic chip set) and/or build an arduino fill in, but needs housing . I'd like to further develop dashboard. I've been running cheap current meters on the mowing deck and battery set for months. And work on larger battery.

Larrys - We are all in the unique club together. Glad you are willing to share knowledge and offer parts available. I am bummed that DGP is gone and our investments are at risk but be proud to own something that cracks the traditional mold of utility vehicles. It is a brilliant concept, albeit not executed or marketed the best. Maybe someone will pick up where DGP left off. I am curious if the dissolution includes selling the patent to the design/concept. If so, can someone re-engineer and produce with the financial backing of a larger organization?

Ryobi had a unit on the market not long after DGP brought theirs out. In fact some of the same people helped to bring it to the market. Needless to say but it had some issues all well. Not sure if you can still get them or not from HD but think they are still available. Other mfgers as bringing products out that are similar but different and would think the quality would better so as not to hurt their reputation. Patent is probably still valid as others are usually listed on them as part of the design team.

Sorry just now reading further up.. I was guest... that was correcting errors I think I found. I'm not an EE, just hobbiest electronics. I know I saw some requests for Volts at some points. I think battery terminal without and with batteries attached. I'll also try and provide some logs of running conditions. I know I normally see the deck alone when on pavement "no load" pulling about 30 amps. And I tend to slow down when it hits 80, seen it hit 90+ but mow quality sucks. So I target 50 to 60 amps and vary my speed. I'm working off the schematics I found around here somewhere...

Ken, Look at the other forum thread for accessories. It is listed there. I don't have any left but if you need other parts keep me in mind.

I sent an email about the troubleshooting guide. I also reported the spam post. If anyone has diagrams or corrected diagrams, I would greatly appreciate them.
