I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV, nor did I stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night but I was wondering if anyone is going to attempt to file a claim as an individual against DGP? I don't know if you even could as I would assume it is primarily the suppliers/creditors that would be after the money.
I do feel as though we were somehow duped. I still like my machine but I am now worried that 6 weeks/months/years from now I'll have a rolling or not so rolling piece of scrap metal that I spent a fair chunk of money on.

We share your concerns. Google has tons of information on consumer protection if we need to venture down that path. I would assume they filed for bankruptcy and liquidation in North Carolina. We are protected by federal law, just how it is going to play out remains to be seen.

Speaking from past experience, if you get anything it will be pennies. Waste of time. Chinese company that has left the US.

Hopefully the parts will be available on the open market...somewhere. I feel compelled to buy one of everything to keep my machine running. I love my Raven...and so do my young boys.

I'd be glad to sell you everything you might ever need if you feel so inclined, lol.
