I've got a long way to catch up! I do hope this continues to grow as a "community" or resource for those of us with this unit. I've still got a list of wants to do to mine.

Welcome to the Raven Proboards. I'm new to this media and being a Raven MPV7100 owner. I've had a few problems with my Raven MPV7100 and had much more with the office administration personnel in getting service information to correct the many issues I've had with the 2nd hand unit.
After dealing with them in the office, I was fortunate to obtain the wiring schematics to exact my troubleshooting of the chassis electronic control ckt. We as a forum must get to a more precise point when it comes to identifying the cause and fix action of these yard mowing units. Mainly, these are much like owning a RV motor coach or large cruiser type motorcycle. Parts for replacement can be quite expensive once the factory Warranty expires. So, it would greatly benefit fit us in identifying aftermarket replacement parts, especially high-failure that tend to be costly in repairs.
My background is Highend electronics and auto mechanics. I've been discussing the problem with the Mfr Warranty center concerning the 48vdc Ckt. All they want to do is sell me a 4-battery pack for over $350 and that isn't the problem. I found that both the PCM and DMC are we're the problem is, much like the deck blade motor controllers. I'll post when I get this resolved.
Write back if you have questions or concerns....
