Used the Raven 3 times this week to mow and mulch up maple leaves in the yard. I finished yesterday in the late afternoon. I took my blower and cleaned it all off but when I went to put it in the garage it wouldn't move. So I rolled it into the garage to deal with it later. Today I pulled off the covers and checked out the fuses. All are good. It will start but no forward or reverse movement and no mower engagement. I know DGP is closed today so no help there.
Could the battery pack voltage be low? Where are you folks measuring this? I didn't open up the battery compartment. Should I let it run for a half hour or so and see if still no movement? I mowed pretty quickly as I was intent at getting out of the heat. I've had it about 15 months. I did buy a square trade warranty because I was worried about reliability.
Any other suggestions?

Just checked what I believe would be the battery pack voltage at the grey connector. 51.4v which would sound like a full charge. The 75a and both 100a fuses are good.

I didn't get to call until about noon yesterday and was on hold for about 25 minutes, but they did get to me. I explained what I was having as an issue. She asked if I was comfortable doing the repairs if they sent me the parts and I said sure. She said they would ship me out parts but it could be about a week. I'm hoping it is faster than that as the leaves are still dropping. She didn't even need my address as she pulled it up off of caller ID I guess. So hopefully this is the ticket. I believe she said she was sending out a controller because if the 100A breakers were good and the battery pack had 51V I should have been moving. Hopefully this is the only glitch I experience. Has been so far.

They sent me a pcb board and a contactor. I replaced the board first and there was no change. I then changed out the contactor. It seems to have done the trick. Granted I currently have the battery charger on the 12v side so I didn't check the mower function. Note to others, the small 4mm studs on the back of the contactors are very soft. Twisted one right off using a nut runner.

After the starting battery charged up I mowed for a solid hour, no problems. Hopefully this was just a blip and it's over. Who knows if these parts will even be available in 5 years if this happens again.
