Raven sent a tech from Charlotte to work on my Raven They replaced almost every electrical park on it and it still would not move since they no longer make them they could not swap out with a replacement so they gave me a rma number and I returned to Lowes for a full refund one thing I noticed was all the parts they swapped out appeared to be used I don't think they have any new parts I liked my Raven but am glad they did the right thing. Good Luck to the other owners hope you get yours repaired.

That's strange, I had a service technician come out to my location and change out a lot of components and install new ones for my Raven tractor and everything ran fine after all tests and whatnot. Maybe just bad luck with your unit? Did it ever run at all from when you first purchased, or did it eventually shut down/break down? Granted the Lowe's near me was discontinuing this model tractor, the manufacturer Raven still seems to be in operation/not out-of-business and should be able to provide new parts and quality service to its customers just as much as the next reputable company. Well, hopefully your next tractor purchase is more successful.

My replacement Raven with 20 hours on the clock has been down for 10 days, won't start. Will fire up with starting fluid but won't run. Probably a fuel pump issue. Tech (Taylor) will be here this week to work on it again. Wish there was a magic wand to wave over this machine to make it run like it should. I tell my neighbors it's my Harbor Freight mower and grin. Wave that buy back option in front of me!! At 75 years old I don't need this.

sounds like garbage gas sat in carburetor and gummed up the jets most likely need to be cleaned out'
