Looking for help on this. I went to mow and I started the engine, engaged the mower, and the unit moved maybe 50 feet, then stopped. I then went in the parking lot and drove around with the mower engaged and it seemed ok until I hit the grass and it stopped moving. It seems to me that when there is any kind of load on the mower deck or blades the unit wont move. When I disengage the mower, it moves fine. Any help with this?

For a while, my mower would run the blades but would also slow down or even stop completely when it would start cutting the grass. I cleaned my air filter and it seemed to give the engine better air for combustion, providing more energy and charging the battery better and provide more power to the blades, and it ran perfectly with a clean air filter. Check your battery and air filter and if it's still showing the same symptoms, check your warranty and request a service technician to inspect and repair it. I had a service technician, under warranty, change out my battery for free, maybe that's all you need to do if charging it won't help and if the air filter is clean/new(another item the technician provided/replaced new). Most of these units come with a 3-year warranty so if it's not that old, you can get this checked.
