Since I'm not on here much anyone and don't have many parts left, I'll do a favor to everyone and provide you the troubleshooting guide I put together for most common issues. This should help you all in the future as I am sure you are going to have issues and nowhere to go for support. I'm still around by email but really slow to respond now as I've had to move on to other things.
Flow - Troubleshooting.pdf (316.49 KB)
Few things to keep in mind going forward:
Drive motor controllers (DMC) - there are no new ones available and have not been for a couple years. DGP even sold used one at the very end. If you see one available, you might want to grab it.
PCB - be cautious of them on ebay or other sites as DGP had various programming changes to these to correct issues. 18-C is the last program and there should be a sticker on it stating that. Stoller has them but they are not programmed, might have the wrong program or are missing components on the boards. They have no way to test them. I still have a few left that were programmed and tested before they shut the doors.
Keep the 48v battery packed charged. Either get a charger or run it once a week during the cold months. Low batteries cause all kinds of havoc with these things.
Blade motor controllers BMC - the best ones are labeled as IHP if there is still a legible label on them. These were made before the Chinese owners started to cut costs and switch out components to save a few pennies. This was ultimately the downfall of the unit at Lowe's. IS versions are a little better but the new ones out with ISP have internal issues that can eventually fail do to broken solder joints. You might want to get spares if you plan to mow for a few more years.
AVR - if you buy one online, it has to be tuned to the engine. Since I don't have these anymore, here are the instructions to set it. It is a pain sometimes but just take your time and get it as close a possible. Avr instructions.pdf (324.19 KB)
I'm sure there are some others things to add.
Good luck everyone
