Steering (wheel) is slipping when turning hard

3 years of owning my Raven, Love it, use the Generator more than mowing, no issue's not one.
Except, this, when I turn, hard, the steering wheel feels stripped, and or starting to strip,
So now I gingerly turn, does not happen all the time,
Anyone have any thoughts

If you look at upper frame and lower frome were there were put together weld broke loose at lease mine did by putting frame back into place steering gears mate up and works again.

Look at the steering rack and gear on the steering rod. Make sure they are not worn out or damaged
