I have checked fuel lines and everything seems fine.
Unit runs fine as long as it is on level ground, well except now the mower blades won't engage.
Any advice would be helpful

For the engine, check that the oil is topped off. There is a low oil sensor on the engine.
For the mower deck, check and make sure the 100a fuse is not blown.

What grade of oil should I use in Texas Hot climate you think?
And where is the 100A fuse?

There are three fuses behind a panel by the right rear tire. One handles the 48v, one handles the deck and the other is for drive.
Manual calls for 10w/30 but not sure about in hot TX weather.

If the fuse was bad it would be bad no hit or miss
