Recently had my MPV 7100 returned from my uncle and initially it would not move or mow. I replaced the 48v pack with all new eom replacement batteries and it moves and blades will start but will randomly and inevitably cutoff and sometimes won't restart without restarting the whole mower. Also recently thoroughly cleaned the deck since my uncle didn't know how to. Have also checked for any loose connections and applied dielectric grease to them. Just need help tracking down why the blades are stopping.

Probably a deck controller or motor. Disconnect power to one side of the deck (you have a 12v and 48v supply) and see what happens if you just run the one side. If all good, switch to the other side and see. Once you determine which side is the issue, you can narrow it down further switching the controllers around

I was going through the wiring schematic from the repair guide and couldn't make sense of the smaller wires coming into the PTO connector. Is only one power on sense and the other 12v?

You have a 12v power supply coming to the deck through the middle of the red deck plug. Just measure voltage there. Most likely a bad controller. Disconnect the small black lead going to the controller on one side of the deck and see if it continues. Then switch to the other side.

Still no go, tried both sides and problem persists. Blades will go strong for a bit then stop and start until just complete refusal to start again until I let the whole thing sit for a while. At one point I had to replace the fuse for the deck/pto to run again but still. It will cut grass for about 150 feet then start to die again and each time it dies the mower lunges forward. Any insight on this?

There is a small black connector that goes to each controller on the deck. Disconnect one side and see if it continues or stops. Then do the other side. Suspect you have a bad controller. I would try to jump the seat switch as well to eliminate that. My email address is on the site so let me know. Not on here very often any more.
