OK: here it is ... running unit, mowering or not, units runs for 10 to 15 minutes then stops moving. Turn it off let it sit, starts up runs fine again for same time. Engine runs and starts fine. Checked fuses all OK, checked voltage for 48v battery (not running) 47.6 volts after charging for 30 at idle. Talked with service, they say buy new battery ... Any comments are welcomed, thanks for reading.

The batteries are 4 in a relay. The relay is set up with semi-rigid lead soldered "bars". The jostling of the vehicle creates stress on the screw terminals inside the batteries. The screws can easily become loose. So while sitting still, it will give you correct voltage, but moving it could be suffering from loss due to a inconstant connection. I am in a similar situation right now, but my battery was damaged because of the way they relayed them together. My raven started not moving suddenly, then would move off after a moment. Then it stopped for good and I had to trace the bad connection through the system and found it at the relay/terminals in the battery pack they duck taped together. My suggestion is to pull out your battery pack, and check your voltage while you push or put pressure on the relay straps. See if you have any fluctuations there and it may be that you just need to re-tighten the screws.

both are are wet the battery's are linked in series that how you get the voltage if battery's aren't high enough the voltage regulator which is built into back of generator. It is closes to back of seat you set on I know I had to tear into unit and replace it be putting out 60 amps know no problem.
