can someone tell me how to get these fuses out? It looks like the buss is held in by terminals on top and bottom.. do I have to remove both thermals or do the fuses just pull out?

There are three 100a fuses. They are held on by a nut and washer on the bottom side of the fuse. Should just come right off the holder.

Seems the tires in the way and with no lift here seems kinda tedious. Or is it just put a socket to it and hope for the best? Haha

Should be able to get a wrench to the underside. Could try to take the entire holder off to get more room.

Rob,
I just went through a big DIY repair on mine. Heres what you need to do. 1. disconnect the 48v power connector. This is in the very back of the machine. Its the cable harness that comes from the 48v battery pack and has a large gray colored connector. 2. remove the cover plate that covers the 100a fuses. It is over your rear right side tire. 3. From the TOP side, pull back the red+ protector covers that is over the top bolt. If you are replacing the deck fuse, its the ones towards the front of the machine. Unscrew the top bolt. 4. You now will have the fuse buss with 2 100a fuses there. If your deck isnt working, you will see the one is likely blown. The other fuse is for driving the machine fwd and backward. If the machine doesnt move, then that other fuse could be the culprit. 5. Once done, plug the 48v power harness back in. Hopefully this helps. PS. I cant say enough good stuff about LARRYS. He was very helpful with me and helped me diagnose the issue I was having which turned out to be a blown controller on my mower deck.
Good luck.

The fuses seem fine.. mowerdeck still won’t engage.. I did notice there was a wire that attaches to the 100amp fuse rail (closest to the front of the machine) it wasn’t connected.. where does this wire go?

New member here. Bought my MPV7100 (no mower deck) back in Oct. 2016. Started it up this year and the Fwd/Reverse wouldn't engage. From what I can determine, it's likely the 100a fuse. With the instructions carl6405 posted, I'm optimistic that I can get to it for replacement, but... where can I find the 100a fuse?
Update: Found and ordered the fuses on Amazon - 2 fuses for $15.99. Part #31238-0TY0600-0001
If anyone has any further tips and/or tricks for replacing these fuses, I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Also agree with his shout out to Larrys.
