So, I have one of the camo raven mpvs, actually its my 3rd one. Raven replaced the prior two while it was under warranty.
Here is the issue. Today, I was mowing and I heard one of the blades stop. I pushed and pulled the PTO to turn the blades off and on. So, sounded like the one that stopped briefly started back up then stopped. After about 5 minutes or so, the 1 that was working stopped. Now, neither of the blades will engage.
I am not sure what exactly to check, but I did pull the big plug that powers the blade motors, tested the voltage on the connector and got 0 volts. I tried to follow that big cable underneath the mower to see what components powers that connector. Looks like it goes to the back circuit board. I may be wrong. There are 3 large controllers or components back there bolted to a thick cooling fins. The 2 smaller components, 1 has a low reading of DC voltage, the other has zero volts. I tested with the engine running and the PTO pulled out/engaged.
Wondering if you would be able to give me some insight into what to look for to figure out whats going on?

Check the 100a fuse first since no power at the plug. Then possibly bad controller or motor which is way one side is not working.

Where is the 100a fuse located? Also, I did get to the relays under the seat, just visually inspected and put everything back together. Could any of those relays be the cause? Where is the controller located that you referenced? Thank you

Relays most likely not the issue. Fuses are located behind a panel by the right rear wheel. There are three of them.

I tried calling Denver Global Products today, hoping to get some support for my problem, though almost think their line is disconnected. Also, notice their web sites are non-existent now. hmm.. Do you know if they are still in business? Are we Raven MPV owners completely on our own now?
Thanks Carl

Thanks Carl Denver Global went out of business July of last year, and sold off the parts from the warehouse. There is no support from them any longer. "larrys" is super helpful with troubleshooting issues, so talk to him some more if you need help.

Larry & all, FYI, my machine is the 7100S.
I got to the 100a Buss fuses and used my multi meter to check continuity and both of the 100a fues show to have continuity. For testing, I realized on my first test, where i told you there was no voltage on the large connector to the mower deck, but today realizing that that I would need to defeat the seat switch to test for voltage there. I used 2 paint sticks and wedged between the seat switch and the bottom of seat to defeat that switch.
I checked for voltage on the 100a fuses, and both show to have, 32v if i recall when i use the pos lead from the meter and ground lead to a frame screw.
Have been trying to trace and see where the black wire goes. Red pos wire comes from the connector, its first stop is bolted to the 100a fuse. The black wire from the mower deck connector, not sure where its first stop is, but thats what i am trying to find now. If voltage is on positive wire to frame ground, maybe the black/neg wire has a break somewhere and causing this issue?
Thanks Carl

OK.. yES, I do have a blown 100a fuse. Yay, thanks Larry. I actually had to remove it to see the 1 thats blown. The way I was testing it while it was still bolted in place, was giving me a false reading. Going to try and paste a pic here. Not able to insert or copy and paste the image. Larry, do you have some of these available? The one thats blown is the one that has 2 fuses on it, closest to the front of the machine.

Larrys - We are having a couple of issues with our mpv. For one, if you try to drive the mpv on battery power it surges and then coasts and surges and coasts. It will do that for a while and then just not move anymore. The second issue is that one of the mower blades has quit again. Sometimes it will go for few seconds when you first start the blades, but then it quits. Would love to know what we might need to fix these issues and if you have those parts available. Thanks!

Surging issue is normally related to a weak 48v battery pack.
One blade quits is either a bad controller or motor. If both quit, it is lose of power to the deck so start at the 100a fuse first.
