Must have been a big shake up at Denver Global last week. I have been trying to get my mowing deck up and running add received an automatic reply back from Mary stating that her last day was last Friday.
I then spent literally all day trying to get through to the support line. When I did finally get through the lady who answered said that she usually ships the Raven products out and that they were having computer problems all day.
She also said that both Kim and Mary left the company last week.

Hmmm, makes sense since when I ordered my new blades that were supposed to come with hardware only came as blades and then I call and they look it up. Them supposedly ship the hardware over almost 10 business days ago but I haven't received them. Guess I need to call again. Dammit.

That's weird a few days ago called they told them I need a voltage regulator got it in four to five days. yes no charge everything I needed so far been no charge.
