Hello! I've been chasing Raven America/Denver for the past month for parts/tech help/warranty service! No response to any of my emails/voicemails! My new "Lawn Ornament", a Raven MPV 7100S is totally dead in the water! Good Luck finding a service center that will work on it! I've filed a warranty complaint with Amazon Prime/Chase Visa, as they don't respond! Maybe, you fellow owners are right! They must have gone out of business! I'm glad I found this Forum!

I have the same problem, Totaly ded in and call Raven with no help.

call them early in morning you should get them I do no later then 10 AM

I just called them this morning and got right thru. Called about 2 weeks ago and same thing. Right thru.

Just had a service call one of the cone centers crack which centered blades on deck and broke loose blade came loose and wacked the hell out of the other which bent both motor shafts. He replace both motors blades reinstalled deck. How he installed deck surprised the hell out of me he drove it around to the front of deck got off went to front grabbed bumper and lifted it up and pulled it over deck.Not on my best day could I lift it no less then pull it out 4 feet while keep it that high in air LOL
