Hi All -
Couldn't find a dealer near me (Oregon), so contacted Raven support. They confirmed they have no dealers out here, and said I could by from them, except they have no product and don't know when they will have any either. So, no way to make any revenue. Wondering how long they can stay in business, and if I should wait, or just buy something else.
Any other info from anyone?

Why don't you just call Raven by the way they Don't only make the riding mowers they make stand along generator systems for a number of years now.

I just called their number to order parts and they answered immediately. Also, I got the part I needed for the used MPV7100 that I bought off a person down here that seemed to have a bad motivator (just kidding a bad voltage regulator). They were very professional and got me what I needed quickly and easily. Thus far I am very impressed with the service I have received.

Just called the 888 Sales number from the website. Was answered by "Liberty Freedom Network", which appears to be some kind of MLM outfit. Oh well. Looks like I'll buy the new Ryobi all-electric riding mower (no generator)

I just got off of the phone with Kim at DGP and she informed me that the Raven MPV is not currently being produced but that DGP is still in business and is fully supporting all Raven MPV 7100 owners. DGP is still in business producing generators. I ordered some parts today and Kim is also sending me a Shop Manual as well. Thanks Kim!

Good Question! I've been chasing them for parts/tech help/ customer service for the past month! Check out my other post! Called DR Power Equipment in Vermont for dealer service. They practically laughed at me! Didn't buy from them was the answer. They said to call Raven America customer service! Har! Har! Har! Lowe's no longer sells/services them either! Had to buy a 48V golf cart battery charger just to keep the electric battery up to snuff, just to move it around in electric/ battery mode! If the engine doesn't work, it won't charge the 48V on board battery! Can't wait to see the looks I'll get on the Golf Course with my new Raven MPV 7100S golf cart! It's camo, so I hope I don't get Mulliganed in the head.

After 4 mowing season I had 1 failure batter charge light on dash came on ran down the 48 volt battery packs first company told me main battery packs were bad and would send them to me they were on back order. But after checking charging at packs and finding not a thing called them back told them voltage regulator was bad had one in 4 days. It fixed the problem but getting into it to put it in was a job and a half but all in all my machine I have has been a great one to say the least doing my 3 plus acres yes I've change air filters changed oil, took blades off and sharpened then check air in tires in four year and it been great plus no dam belts to change ever. LOL
